• Optimal Composition for Sintering Density: The 88W-10Ni-2Mn alloy achieved the highest sintering density of 90.11%, despite chemical composition changes having minimal impact on sintering density overall.
• Impact of Carburization on Hardness: Carburization during sintering significantly increased micro-hardness, with the 90W-6Ni-4Mn alloy exhibiting the highest hardness of 381 Hv due to a low nickel-to-manganese ratio.
• Fracture Behavior Insights: The 90W-6Ni-4Mn alloy showed the most desirable trans-granular fracture mode, including cleavage and matrix tearing, highlighting the influence of the matrix phase and nickel-to-manganese ratio on crack propagation.

 

•    Amber glass powder seems to be similar to that of dental ceramic in the morphology, structure, thermal behaviour, and non-hazard level of ion release.
•    Vickers hardness of the ceramic-amber material was enhanced in comparison to dental ceramic.

1.    Reported the synthesis and preparation method of thick films gas sensor of SnO2 added LaCrO3 films by simple and less expensive method
