Highlights
HIGHLIGHTS:
1 - The hyperbolic sine model provided the most accurate fit for hot compression flow data.
2 - Activation energy for deformation was calculated as 293.37 KJ/mol using Arrhenius equations.
3 - Recrystallization fraction increased with temperature and decreased with strain rate.
4 - Grain sizes at 950, 1050, and 1150 ℃ were measured as 17.7 µm, 28.7 µm, and 31.3 µm.
5 - More uniform grain size distribution was observed with increasing deformation temperature.
6 - The Avrami exponent was measured around 2, indicating nucleation at grain boundaries.
